Building Gen AI-powered well planning workflows, reducing manual interactions by 90% and decreasing planning time by 80% through AI-assisted automation Experience in design lead thinking/design first approach, Conduct extensive design & discovery sessions with multiple customers to understand needs/pain points and build prototype designs along with UI UX team, re validate designs with customers before having them developed in an MVP. Driving design of Gen AI workflow within DWP and future of AI based well planning using chat bots. Prepare, prioritize and plan backlog envisioning a strong and dynamic product roadmap for the right positioning. Engage with UI/UX to build potential workflows and MVP`s to validate desirability and viability with customers and stakeholders. Conduct & drive weekly meetings with product owners from global teams for reviewing customer specific roadmap; identify potential core, back2core and build4core engagements across global customer dev teams. Designing product features based on market requirement and inputs from sales/services leading to continuous enhancements. Transform legacy science applications into features using microservice architecture on cloud improving customer footprint & increased revenues thereby envisioning it as true SAAS offering. Work with solution architects and dev teams closely to understand and orchestrate implementation of newer technologies that helped save time and cost with significant performance improvement and usability.(Kafka/Socket/GRPC etc )Major highlights of product performance so far-Saves current well design time by up to 80%-Accelerated end to end delivery at lower cost/BOE rate-Maximizing well productivity while lowering costs.
