I\'m Ritu, and I\'m on a mission to revolutionize IT support and application management. ‍ As an Assistant Manager-IT App Support at Bandhan Bank, I\'m dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency. Leading the migration of our core banking system from FIS to Oracle was a major milestone. I excel in high-stakes environments, turning challenges into growth opportunities. My work involves developing and maintaining DevOps pipelines for on-premises applications, managing version control with GIT and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and implementing containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. I also monitor and manage Mirantis Container Runtime (Docker Swarm) and Kubernetes Pods (K8s) using ELK Stack and Prometheus. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with application and web servers is my forte. I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to architect and implement next-generation cloud-based applications that are dynamically scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, and reliable.
