As Project Coordinator for the Integrated Village Development (IVD) project supported by Tata Steel UISL, I oversee full-cycle implementation across the designated project area.1. Lead implementation across all phases—from concept and planning through community mobilisation, field execution, technical support, and performance reporting—ensuring every activity aligns with the organisation’s strategic vision and project objectives.2. Supervise operations at 15 Community Academic Centers and 5 Community Sewing Centers, optimising resource use and maintaining program quality.3. Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, provide hands-on technical guidance, and mentor village teams and supervisors.4. Design and deliver capacity-building workshops and seminars for Mahila Mandals, Yuva Clubs, Farmers’ Clubs, adolescent groups, and other stakeholders.5. Drive community mobilisation in partnership with village animators and supervisors, fostering inclusive participation and local ownership.6. Prepare and submit monthly plans, performance reports, and field snapshots to our funding agency (JUSCO) and TRCSC, ensuring transparency and compliance.7. Collect, consolidate, and analyse program data to produce monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports that guide strategic decision-making.8. Coordinate with block and district government departments and lead monthly staff review meetings to plan upcoming activities and strengthen convergence.
