   In my present role as a Production Support Lead – US, I am primarily accountable for project management, testing, quality assurance, communication & co-ordination and team leadership. I lead entire life cycle of software development & testing, gather requirements, plan project schedule, execute QA & testing programs, resolve complex technical operational issues, promote application stability, and adhere to budget restraints. I showcase skills in aligning the project deliverables with the client’s business goals by evaluating project/client requirements. My key role is to define & execute the techno-functional strategy and solutions that supports business goals, product roadmap and project scope. My efforts are directed towards ensuring successful implementation & delivery of quality initiatives along with providing test consultancy.I have gained extensive leadership experience in working with stakeholders and partners to gather requirements prior to creating roadmaps, strategies and technology selections that result in architectural and performance improvements. Also, I streamline key deliverables across Technology teams (Engineering, Product & Design), manage service delivery, and coordinate go-live plan. Furthermore, I am people engagement specialist who defines workable solutions for clients based on coverage of client requirements and project scope.
