As a Senior QA Engineer, I have substantial experience in testing Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter applications, including conducting manual functional testing of enhancements, configurations and implementations. In my previous roles, I developed, executed, and maintained comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects. I collaborated closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage and alignment with system functionality.I am proficient in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using Jira and other defect tracking tools, ensuring that issues are thoroughly documented and tracked until resolution. I am also accustomed to working within Agile methodologies, attending sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure seamless coordination with the team.I have expertise in functional testing, black box testing, regression testing, sanity testing, UI testing, mobile testing, end-to-end testing, localization testing, compatibility testing, release testing, user acceptance testing and telemetry data review for web-based and mobile applications. I have also performed database testing, API testing, SQL and Salesforce testing. I have used multiple platforms and tools, such as Jira, VSO(Microsoft Visual Studio), HP ALM, TestRail, Postman, Bitrise, Mixpanel, Firebase console, AVO, Rally, CRM applications like Salesforce, Zendesk and Braze to enhance user engagement and improve test coverage. I have contributed to the quality assurance, defect tracking, system integration, and task scheduling of various projects, ensuring that the application functionality meets the business requirements and user expectations.
