   PLUTUS : This project provides a budgeting and hiring management solution which is used in TC11,TC02 and now, expanding to whole Barclays PLC. I worked on DB, Backend, UI using MYSql, Node Js and Angular. We started this project from scratch. 2.BCML Business Analyst : This project ensures all the digital applications in Barclays uses data in an industry standard format to maintain data completeness, consistency & meet regulatory requirements. I worked on analysing requirement, interacting with stackholders and designing BCML schema which after several review processes went to production. QlikView Reports: This is a reporting tool which i developed as a POC using QlikView software and later due to senior management requirements was merged with Plutus, to give a holistic view of hiring status, resource details & allocations, static project allocations, third party costs, MTP forecast using filters and dashboards. 4.Release Manager: I am the release manager for BCML project, ensuring stackholder sign offs, code reviews, using git to correct branch issues, doing the production release and informing clients/publishers about released functionalities with documentation. Scrum Master: I perform all scrum master related ceremonies ensuring all BAU works are assigned and turn around dates communicated to stackholders, daily stand ups, Retrospective sessions, Backlog reviews, Design authority reviews etc. Data Dictionary: After each BCML release, i am responsible to update Barclays data dictionary providing all meta data information from BCML schema released. AWS : I along with my colleague manage Plutus releases in AWS following Barclays processes and guidelines. I am the sole supporter from Asia side to keep Plutus up & running & resolve Prod issues, if any.
