Growing up in a business background family has always excited me to pursue the field of commerce and business. I am a strong determined woman and have always been focused towards pushing myself beyond limits to achieve my aspirations. Interest towards HR & Finance motivated me to pursue them as career choice. During my internship as an HR Executive in AU Small Finance Bank; gave me an exposure of working in a corporate which further motivated me to do MBA. My expectation from my MBA is to transform myself from a common student to \"one of a kind.\" In nearer term I envisioned to enhance my managerial and leadership skills that will help in my career, and the company will see me as a profitable asset and not an overbearing liabilitySo now in this Industry this passion remains with me, there\'s certainty yet more to learn, yet more to build and I am very grateful.
