Project: Red Line Metro part of Surat Metro Rail Project for construction of 3.46 km underground Package UG-1 & UG-2 / CS-3 (Surat Railway Station – Chowk Bazar Ramp) of twin bore 6.61 m diameter tunnels and 3 Underground stations with Entry/Exits (Cut & Cover) with cross passages for Surat Integrated Railways, Phase–1, Line - 1.• Site Management, Managing team of Site Engineers & Technical Supervisors.• Work closely with Clients (Govt. Officials), regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning and supervision leadership to solve site problems to ensure timely completion of the projects.• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.• Attend site progress and technical meetings with Contractors, Vendors, Client and the project team to resolve site and technical issues.• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc, are well managed.• Drawings, Submittals, contract documents & Contractors Billing, Labour Laws and compliances.
