Ritu Bhatnagar | Impact-Driven Professional | CSR | Skill Development | Education | I’ve spent the last 15 years navigating two very different worlds — the precision-driven corridors of the IT sector, and the dynamic, often unpredictable, field of public service and social development. Starting my career with leading tech firms like Infosys and Happiest Minds, I developed a deep understanding of systems, processes, and project delivery. But somewhere along the way, I realized that solving people’s problems mattered more to me than solving just business challenges. That’s when I made a bold shift — from corporate cubicles to government centers, from code to communities. Since then, I’ve worked with the Government of India across ministries, helped transform employment exchanges into Model Career Centers, and mobilized youth in rural and urban areas for jobs and skill development. Today, as Senior Manager at Centum Foundation, I lead the IGnITE project, a tri-sector collaboration (Government, Corporate, and Civil Society) that strengthens technical education across India. Whether it’s facilitating on-the-job training in rural ITIs, leading capacity-building initiatives, or creating partnerships between public institutions and industries — I aim to build ecosystems that work for people. Armed with degrees in Engineering, Social Work, and Business Leadership — I’m a believer in lifelong learning, and even more so in purposeful action.
