The team is responsible for handing all sales, leadership and corporate roles hiring globally. I lead the hiring for corporate functions globally with a team of five recruiters. This includes hiring for HR. Legal, Marketing, M&A, ERM, finance, etc from entry level to leadership roles. I have also managed Sales and consulting hiring for India business unit. Handling up to 150 hiring requirements globally every quarter with good focus on gender diversity and other parameters including closures through internal employee rotations Apart from this, I handle centralized portfolios, which include - overall Process and compliance for the function, Systems and tools, contingency hiring agencies and Retained search partner engagement globally. I am also responsible to manage the budgets for the function and work with corporate finance team on Quarterly projections and cost provisions. Achievements: Program managed the implementation of new ATS globally. This included designing the process flow, working with product team for configuration, UAT, several man-hours of training, Change management, Data migration Defined the process SOP globally and set up multiple other processes as per Geo applicability to ensure compliance to local laws and regulations in the hiring process Successfully enabled multiple retained search partners to address hiring spike in senior leadership roles. Negotiated volume based hiring terms with retained search vendors which is not the market norm
