About Rittika Ghosh
As someone who always seeks to blend innovation with tangible results, I\'m excited to be crafting my path in the fields of software development, machine learning and reinforcement learning. A B.Tech at IIT Palakkad has been my platform for exploring these dynamic connections. My stint as a Research Intern at Tata Consultancy Services introduced me to the challenges and rewards of deploying ML models on the edge, particularly in enhancing smart device functionalities.I now work as a Data Analyst at Switch Mobility (Ashok Leyland), where I contribute through data cleaning, preprocessing, and validating large-scale vehicle and service datasets to derive actionable insights to support post-sales performance improvement and data-driven decision-making. I analyze 5+ years of historical data to build predictive models for forecasting annual requirements such as spare parts demand, maintenance budgets, and revenue planning.With a robust foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and programming languages like C++, Python, and Java, I also bring to the table an understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Machine Learning techniques.Beyond the circuits and algorithms, I express creativity through Kathak dance and painting, holding senior diplomas in both. My Diploma degree in classical singing, complements my technical pursuits, adding layers to my problem-solving and conceptual thinking through the realm of music.
