ABOUT RITIKA DIXIT
Hi, I’m Ritika Dixit. I’m a final-year student at Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, majoring in Commerce with a minor in Spanish.I’m deeply curious about the gaps I keep noticing around me. Gaps between education and real-world skills, intent and impact, cultures and communication, and between problems and how they are actually solved. This curiosity has shaped most of what I’ve done in college.I’ve worked across youth organizations, NGOs, research teams, and student-led ventures, where I’ve gained experience in project management, grassroots education, research, and strategy. From working with underprivileged communities to leading student initiatives, I’ve learned how different systems function and where they often fall short.I founded Yuva Rise Global to explore how young people around the world can start bridging these gaps early, by integrating social impact, leadership, and problem-solving into whatever career path they choose. The initiative focuses on gaps in early education that often turn us into passive observers, where problems are reduced to school grades, dates & data, or big words like sustainability without real action. Alongside this, I’m drawn to strategy consulting and research because I enjoy understanding how complex systems work and where they break down. Learning languages like Spanish and Korean has naturally extended this curiosity into culture, soft power, and global perspectives.Right now, I’m focused on upskilling, building Yuva Rise, and learning how impact and strategy can work together rather than separately.Always open to learning, conversations, and collaborations.
