About Ritikaa Shharma
I have thirteen years of devoted experience in the health, gender, and livelihood sectors as a development sector expert. Over the course of my extended career, I have led significant initiatives in over 10 Indian states, bringing about great transformation. In addition, I worked with Indiana University to study the use of female condoms and the complex role of sexual pleasure in Delhi, which resulted in a paper that was published. My Diverse roles with multiple organizations have given me the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including stakeholder interaction, resource optimization, and project planning. I'm passionate about using my experience to tackle difficult social issues, making sure that every initiative is in line with its goals and offers real advantages to the people we help. I have had the honor of acting as the lead editor of the health information comic "Spreading Your Wings" as a fervent supporter of health and social well-being. My educational history includes a master's degree in hospital administration and health management, as well as certification in NGO management.
