I am Ritika Saha, a Gold Medalist Biotech Engineer from Delhi Technological University (DCE), now serving as the Chief Product Officer at Einstein Classes Pvt. Ltd, one of India’s most trusted EdTech institutions. I lead the transformation of a 22-year-old academic legacy into a future-ready innovation engine, building AI-powered educational platforms, creating interactive learning ecosystems, and launching new verticals in healthcare and AI consulting. As a Biotech Engineer, my curiosity has evolved into building HelioSynth — committed to solving real-world medical problems. From protein folding challenges to generative drug design, from predictive diagnostics for lung cancer to bioinformatics pipelines, our work fuses biology with machine intelligence to transform the healthcare landscape. My research journey began under the mentorship of Dr. Smita Rastogi Verma and Professor Saif Khan, where I delved deep into molecular docking, variant analysis, and the architecture of biological databases. As a Bioinformatics Intern at Genique Lifesciences, I optimized variant calling pipelines, and collaborated across teams to build data-driven healthcare solutions. While my work in labs and AI design drives my logic, it is teaching that fuels my heart. I am a passionate educator of Class 11 & 12 Biology (Zoology + Botany), mentoring NEET aspirants and future scientists. I’m currently authoring a highly visual and interactive Biology textbook, designing medical illustrations, and compiling a knowledge hub on the diverse zoological world to make science not just learnable — but lovable. I explore public policy, economics, political systems, history, and geography, believing that multi-domain knowledge is the foundation of truly impactful innovation. From early success — including a Day 0 job offer, national awards in science exhibitions, and university honors — to building AI-as-a-Service models for diverse sectors, my journey reflects a consistent drive to solve, build, teach, and inspire. Whether I am writing code for drug simulation, designing learning experiences, training young minds, or mapping the evolutionary tree of life — I believe in building what truly matters. My personal dharma is clear: to serve through knowledge, to lead through compassion, and to build through vision. Work, not reward. Purpose, not pride. Evolution, not ego.
