Complete monitoring activities and maintain accurate reports and records (e.g, GMP records, temperature logs)- Be involved in quality control activities, such as intake, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished production inspections- Perform pre- and post-operation sanitation monitoring of the food processing environment and equipment- Deliver FSQA training to new and existing associates- Conduct environmental monitoring and equipment calibration verification (e.g, environmental sampling & ATP swabbing)- Create tickets when escalations are required for product non-conformances- Work with the Quality and Technical teams to conduct sensory and microbiological shelf-life studies- Maintain clear and concise communication with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams- Work in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH & S) acts and regulations- Use personal protective and safety equipment and clothing as directed by the employer and report workplace hazards and dangers to the supervisor or employer.
