ABOUT RITIKA RAJESH
I am a high school junior with a strong passion for STEM, healthcare, and community leadership. My experiences span mentoring students in coding and science, conducting dermatology research at the Uniformed Services University, and leading community-based initiatives.As the Founder & CEO of Learning Lounge, I established a nonprofit platform providing online tutoring in Math, ELA, and Science for middle school students. Additionally, I serve as National Board Member and PR Co-Chair for Recycle My Battery, contributing to a Guinness World Record and advancing nationwide sustainability efforts.I actively engage in STEM outreach through programs such as Urbana STEMM and First Lego League (FLL), earning recognition for leadership, innovation, and community impact. Beyond STEM, I cultivate creative and cultural pursuits through podcasting, classical Indian dance (Kuchipudi), and music, integrating artistic expression with service and education.I am committed to leveraging my skills in research, education, and leadership to make a meaningful and lasting impact in healthcare, STEM, and the broader community.
