I’m a final-year BBA LLB student at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore, with a strong interest in corporate law, intellectual property rights, and arbitration. I have interned at firms including Bein Legal, where I gained hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal research, trademark compliance, and client communication. I am currently enrolled in Bettering Results’ Corporate Law Practice course to deepen my understanding of M&A transactions, due diligence, and the Companies Act.
