About Ritika Khanna
Experienced management consultant with a demonstrated history of working on projects across practices e.g. strategy, PMO, digital transformation, digital maturity assessment, reorganization, performance improvement etc. Currently, working as an Engagement Manager at Mastercard Advisors, I have experience in multi-stakeholder alignment across industries and various geographies, with projects in the US, Australia, Mexico, various countries in South East Asia, and the Middle East, along with India.I was an investment banking intern at Barclays Bank, and worked across M&A and DCM desks.Prior to my M.B.A, I worked at ZS Associates in healthcare consulting for the US market. My projects involved increasing revenue, sales forecasting, and reporting. I was also invited onshore (US) by the client for a project. I was the Institute Gold Medalist during my engineering.I am associated with The Lighthouse Project, an NGO for one-on-one mentoring of kids from under resourced communities. When not at work, I have fun reading, writing, spending time with family, and mentoring.
