ABOUT RITIKA CHANDGOTHIA
Ritika is a VP with EY-Parthenon, Strategy Transactions and Execution team. She leads finance strategy, transformation and Post Merger Integration projects and is also the COE for AI Value Accelerator for EY Parthenon. Prior to EY, Ritika was a Senior Finance Manager at PwC UK Deals business. She has experience in leading and supporting transformations (incl. org model resdesign), business partnering, leading finance strategy projects, and performance management of the business. She has vast experience in team management, process refinement and working directly with the CXOs and vertical heads.Prior to PwC, Ritika worked with the global finance team of McKinsey & Co, and was involved in carrying out financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, revenue projections and cost transformations (i.e. pricing, margin analysis, opex planning, headcount/ people planning). During her 3 years Chartered Accountancy training, Ritika worked as a shadow CA at RSM Astute Consulting, conducting statutory audit, internal audits, forensic investigations and business process review for large multinationals like Cipla, Thomas Cook, VIP industries. Ritika holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Ritika is an enthusiast traveller, and loves to trek to the mountains and do yoga during her free time.
