I currently lead the strategic responsive team focused on pipeline optimization and implementation of the FAST model for both men’s and women’s product across all categories. Focused on streamlining the supply chain, increasing speed-to-market, and provide the ability to respond to changing market trends in real-time, ultimately allowing for the product to be brought closer to the market while reducing risk and increasing regular price sell-through by 70%. Also responsible for taking this model and onboarding factories in other regions like Portugal, Turkey and China to increase product bought on FAST pipeline from 10% to 50% by 2019. Establish new and creative processes on a regular basis, ultimately reducing pipeline from 48 weeks to less than 12 weeks from initial concept to DC. Received Managing and Leading Excellence Award in 2014. Report directly to VP of production.
