The role involves lyophilization manufacturing in compliance with GMP guidelines, daily monitoring of equipment, and documentation of activities in batch records. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree B Pharam. a related fieldMinimum two years of experience in lyophilization.Sound knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.Experience in sterile drug product manufacturing and compliance with aseptic techniques and cleanroom behaviors.Good analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the floor are essential.Capability to maintain a safe and productive work environment with minimum guidance but strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.Experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.Ability to work well on a team and have a teamwork-oriented mindset.
