Responsibilities: • Handling full Life Cycle of Recruiting (Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). • Actively involved in screening resumes from Judge internal ATS (EDGE) and job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and through candidate’s referral and professional networking sites like LinkedIn. • Set priorities and handled the process from start to finish (sourcing to the salary offered). • Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail, and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability, and visa status. • Conducting initial telephonic interviews to determine experience and skill level and ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position. • Collaborating with Account Managers to define requirements, recruiting strategy. • Actively involved in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement. • Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent & Remote positions. • Maintain the relationship with overseas clients and employers.
