About Ritik Kumar
I have good experience in high-rise building construction and road construction. I am currently working on a high-rise building project which includes both residential and commercial spaces. The building has a total of 5 blocks, and each block consists of Basement + Ground Floor + 12 Upper Floors. In this project, I am currently responsible for the following tasks: Handling- 1. Ensuring that the site work is being carried out as per the drawings. Checking the shuttering (verifying the sizes of rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen as per the drawings). Steel checking (for Pile, Column, Lift, Shear Wall, and Slab). Performing layout work. Preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) and ensuring proper work is done by masons and laborers. Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) – calculating the quantity of steel for columns, slabs, and beams, and providing cutting lengths accordingly. Quality Check-* Slump Test * Cube Test * Rebound Hammer Test 8. Casting Supervision- Overseeing the casting work (M25 and M30 grade concrete is used on this site).
