About Ritik Goel
I currently work as a consultant in Economic Policy Group at Ernst and Young India (EY). I specialise in advising corporates, industry associations, and Governments in identifying, evaluating, and addressing strategic, policy, and regulatory issues using rigorous research, macroeconomic, and statistical data analysis across areas such as trade, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, power, de-carbonisation, finance, etc. through technical reports and interactive presentations. I hold a Master\'s degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor\'s degree in Economics from Delhi University\'s Ramjas College. In the past, I have published research papers on topics such as India\'s Total Factor Productivity growth, Shinzo Abe\'s macroeconomic policies, the drain of wealth from mid-18th to mid-19th century in the building of British Empire, and the feminization of Indian workforce caused by globalization. I have also been responsible for leading a team of editors as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief at Ramjas Economic Review as well as at Rethinking Economics, JNU.
