About Rithwik Ramaprasad
I began my career in aerospace engineering at Airbus, working on electrical routing systems for the A320 family. As part of my role, I worked on a transformation project, projected to cut design costs on the A320 by up to 45%. A lot of my work involved solving large, interconnected issues in parts of the process that did not have enough definition.I recently left my role to build things from zero to one. I enjoy understanding how people use products, shaping flows, making prototypes, and learning from how ideas behave once they leave your head and meet the real world.I am currently working on Thredora, a personal fashion assistant, and overall exploring early consumer AI concepts. Before this, I tried building different ideas, from q-commerce ideas in college to holistic relationship-management tools. These taught me a lot about friction, execution, and what actually matters to users.The loop I enjoy is simple: build, test, learn, refine.Outside work, I write, sing and produce music, and often fall into rabbit holes across history, philosophy, psychology, economics and whatever else catches my interest. I am also a karate athlete with three international medals.Always open to conversations with people building interesting things.
