MBA candidate at IIM Amritsar who’s always been curious about where life takes next. From building things from scratch at a cloud tech startup to balancing leadership roles with stage performances, Rithu thrive on challenges that give an adrenaline rush and push to grow.After completing graduation, Rithu joined Lucidity, a fast-paced cloud storage startup, as the Program Manager. There, she worked across teams to bring structure to chaos—coordinating various timelines, managing stakeholders, and learning how to adapt and execute under pressure. It was the perfect place for someone who enjoys starting with a blank slate and creating something meaningful.Rithu always aimed to be an all-rounder: a dancer since the age of 7 (trained in over 10 styles), a fitness enthusiast, and someone who believes that curiosity, energy, and ownership can open almost any door.
