As a passionate and driven Food Technologist, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology at the College of Fish Nutrition and Food Technology, Chennai, with an impressive CGPA of 8.65 (up to the 4th semester). My academic journey reflects a strong interest in food safety, quality control, and innovative product development. Alongside my studies, I have honed my skills through certifications in HACCP, ISO and advanced manufacturing practices, staying at the forefront of food science advancements. My hands-on experience includes internships at AAVIN Product Dairy, where I explored dairy product innovation, and LOTTE India Corporation, where I analyzed the formulation and packaging of Choco Pie. Additionally, I’ve led impactful research projects, including developing a protein-rich ready-to-cook paratha and gluten-free oat flour cookies enriched with purslane powder. These experiences have sharpened my skills in sensory evaluation, shelf-life analysis, and packaging technology while fostering a problem-solving mindset. Looking ahead, I am committed to driving innovation in the food industry through R&D and advancing food safety and sustainability practices. My aspiration is to work in dynamic roles in production, QA/QC, or as a food inspector, ensuring quality and safety in every product.
