As a Human Resources Executive at Montbleu Technologies, I manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT and Automotive positions, from sourcing to hiring. I also coordinate with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both parties. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from SHRI KRISHNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOlOGY, where I specialized in Human Resource Management and learned the best practices and strategies for effective talent acquisition and retention. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, where I gained a solid foundation in business administration and management. My core competencies include communication, human resources, and client coordination. I am passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
