Solving complex business problems for our users in mineral processing, building feedback tools that enable statistical process control and provide easy user access to data / insights • Key achievements in this role include: o Successfully developing and deploying products at 10+ processing plants globally including South Africa, Australia, LATAM, navigating site specific configuration requirements and data integrations. o Product featuring in the Annual report to investors ($40B FTSE 100 company). o Personally demoing the product on the Group Processing townhall to a 100+ live global audience generating interest and sparking new deployment requests. • Building high performing development, configuration, and deployment teams: o Managing development and deployment team budgets accumulating up to $2M+ annually o Managing 8+ global vendor relationships, including commercial aspects and performance discussions o Successfully navigating through economic downturns where budgets were reduced by up to 50% o Implementing agile practices such as SCRUM and SAFe, proficient in utilising Azure DevOps and PM tools such as Aha! • Product & Portfolio Strategy o Creating the long-term product strategy and vision to ensure every person in our operations can identify the most impactful work they can do each day and setting the mission to achieve this. o Gaining a deep understanding of the customer challenges including the functional, social, and emotional jobs to be done. o Proficiently utilizing design tools like Figma for UX/UI Product Design, leading workshops, creating prototypes, and reusable components. o Strategically positioning products within the portfolio, conducting thorough competitive analysis. o Developing Go-to-Market strategies and launch plans for successful product implementations. o Navigating senior stakeholder relationships across global locations and disciplines to align their needs with business objectives.
