ABOUT RITESH T.

I’m currently working as a Tech Consultant at EY Calgary, part of the SAP and Oracle Solutions team in Enterprise Applications. My focus is on helping clients make the most of their enterprise systems by building practical, efficient solutions that align with their business needs.Prior to this role, I’ve worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, which has given me a strong technical foundation and a clear understanding of how to build solutions efficiently while keeping client perspectives in mind. That experience has helped me observe the often-overlooked gap between client expectations and the challenges of implementation, and how important it is to bridge that gap thoughtfully and effectively.This realization led me to pursue (and complete) an MBA at the University of Alberta. The program has broadened my view of strategy, data analysis, and leadership, and equipped me with tools to better connect technology with business outcomes.Outside of work, I unwind by playing first-person shooter games. There’s something about fast-paced strategy that keeps me on my toes. I’m also a hip hop nerd (the kind who gets way too deep into lyrics and production details), and I love keeping up with the latest in tech, especially how AI is being woven into the devices and tools we use every day.
