ABOUT RITESH MODI

I am a results-oriented technology consultant with a proven track record of successfully leading multifaceted technology projects and transformation programs. I have extensive experience that includes driving the modernization of online and mobile banking systems, home buyer lending platform, strategic risk reporting, data modeling, and data migration for banks and FinTech companies. Currently I am working with Capco as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services industry. As a technology consultant I have gained exposure to different elements of software development life cycle that includes- tech strategy- solution design- business and technical requirement gathering- system integration- data modelling and - reportingPrior to Capco, have worked with one of the top three Oil & Gas firms in India as an Area Manager, responsible for - creating business plans for a territory- leading a team of B2B sales representatives- pricing products- demand planning- new product development and - designing marketing campaigns. I have also worked as a Software Engineer with Accenture, responsible for - conducting analysis- code changes- integration testing and - providing production support. I studied Master of Management Analytics (MMA) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Prior to this, I have completed a MBA degree from the IIM, Trichy and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.My co-workers describe me as a person with self belief who can take risks and loves challenges, a strategic thinker who can identify patterns and play out alternative scenarios and a caring and trusting individual.I am passionate about learning new technologies, problem solving, using data analytics for better decision making and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
