As a Consultant at Johnson & Johnson, I collaborated with clients to understand their needs, gathering and documenting requirements to ensure data availability and quality for reporting. I leveraged my in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and data science-related solutions to provide valuable insights to stakeholders and drive decision-making processes. I used NLG/NLP to generate actionable insights that helped stakeholders make real-time decisions. I also built interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, and contracting apps to automate manual human intervention and integrate them with upstream tools like Icertis. I liaised between business, support, and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes for the projects. Prior to that, I was a Product Manager at vCreaTek Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, where I worked with clients from various industries to design, develop, and implement innovative products and solutions. I applied my project management, data migration, and SAP implementation skills to ensure timely and quality delivery of the products. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Balaji Institute of International Business, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing strategy, research, and analytics. I also have a passion for learning and acting, as I believe they are one and the same.
