I am an academic leader and institution builder, driven by a simple belief:Educational institutions must remain relevant to industry, society and the future.Currently, I serve as Deputy Dean of the School of Advanced Manufacturing at Sricity Education Foundation, where I lead the development of India’s first Work-Integrated Engineering Institute. The mission is clear - to create engineers who are employable, industry-ready, and capable of contributing from day one.My work focuses on designing industry-aligned curricula, integrating real-world manufacturing exposure into engineering education, and promoting strong industry–academia partnerships that translate learning into tangible outcomes. I strongly advocate a shift from syllabus-driven education to outcome-driven, work-integrated learning models.In parallel, I am deeply engaged in research and academic publishing. I serve as Editor-in-Chief of a Scopus-indexed journal and as an editor on multiple reputable journals, with numerous Scopus- and SCI-indexed publications to my credit. These roles allow me to contribute to academic rigor, research quality and scholarly integrity.As a speaker and orator, I regularly engage with faculty, researchers, and professionals on themes such as engineering education reform, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), research design, Generative AI in education, and employability-focused learning.I am always eager to collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, policymakers, and researchers who share a common interest in building institutions that are relevant and shaping the future of engineering education.
