Also, decide on job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs. Statutory Compliance: Ensure HR Statutory Compliance in the factories and Head office. HR Operations & Automation: Drives process, policy, reporting compliance. Lead corporate office matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments etc for all employees. Use technology to automate HR process and practices.
