   Data driven Resource Management professional with 1+ years’ experience at a global MNC handling bench inventory across India, US, LATAM and Canada. Starting with demand and job ID creation, I grew into the primary POC for updating bench activity (client proposals, feedback, confirmations and billability). I ensure workflow accuracy and timely creation by coordinating with respective operations teams post confirmation. My responsibilities include conducting demand and workflow audits to eliminate discrepancies, sharing weekly internal vs external deployment reports with leadership, and preparing offloading workflow reports for visibility of the stakeholders. My role as a PMO also involves proactively conducting demand forecasting and supporting ramp-up/ramp-down planning as well as their up-skilling to ensure optimal resource utilization. I played a key role in reducing bench cost by over 5% through accurate forecasting and by driving upskilling initiatives to improve deployment readiness and resource utilization.Additionally, I handle daily Power BI dashboard refreshes to reflect real time bench status, support follow ups for new joiners and bench resources, and align with the team’s ultimate goal of reducing bench cost and maximizing deployments. My work directly supports informed decision making and seamless operations across the organization.
