Over the last 22+ years I’ve worked with reputed GCCs, IT & ITES MNCs and handled various roles in HR encompassing the full spectrum of HR. My areas of expertise are in HR Business Partnering, designing employee development programs, compensation & benefits, devising pro-active retention strategies, employee engagement programs and performance management. Qualifications: MPM from University of Pune. Balanced Scorecard Professional from Carlton Advanced Management Institute - Won best project award for scorecard designing out of over 300 entries.
