Currently I\'m working as a sales and marketing intern at iFORTIS Worldwide.Previously I have worked in Amazon and in Tech mahindra business services in customer service domain. Because of which I got the chance to interact with thousands of customers and got to learn about their thinking, what they need from the organization, what kind of service they want, what are the things they don\'t like and most importantly how retain the customer even if he\'s unhappy with the poor customer experience due to various factors. As an individual I have been the HEAD BOY of the class in school, CAPTAIN of school kho-kho team, CAPTAIN of the college badminton team and An indoor sports GENERAL SECRETORY in college sports fest. I have won several competitions at school, college and district level. I have also represented my District at STATE LEVEL in Badminton. I am an empathetic and easy going person. I like to work with a group of people, because you get various mind blowing ideas and get different perspective from different people. My goal is to learn required skills and gather knowledge which will help me excel in my professional career.
