As CFO of YIN, I am playing a crucial role in strategic financial planning, strategy execution, risk management, treasury, secretarial and as YOHT Global Finance Controller, I oversee group budgeting, management reporting, decision support, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, finance transformation and providing valuable insights to senior leadership. My role involves ensuring the alignment of entity policies with group policies, monitoring adherence, and driving operating effectiveness of controls. Additionally, I have been instrumental in establishing robust credit management practices, improving finance operations, process automation and driving standardization across the organization. In my previous positions, I held key leadership roles at Hindustan Zinc and AkzoNobel India. At Hindustan Zinc, I led company-wide budgeting and cost / working capital excellence program and risk management efforts, resulting in substantial cost savings and working capital reduction. During my tenure at AkzoNobel India, I last served as Head of Finance for Decorative Paints, where I partnered with sales and business teams to maximize top-line growth and improve margins. My accomplishments include implementing Integrated Business Planning, overhauling governance and transforming finance ops, as well as automating sales and margin reporting.
