Production & OperationsPlan, organize, and control day-to-day plant activities to achieve production goals.Monitor process efficiency, equipment performance, and minimize downtime.Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.2. Quality & Food SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO and other regulatory standards.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product consistency.Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.3. Team LeadershipSupervise and guide production supervisors, line operators, and other staff.Conduct regular training for workers on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety.Foster a safe and positive work environment.4. Maintenance & SafetyImplement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns.Enforce strict safety procedures and ensure zero accidents.5. Cost & Resource ManagementManage plant budget, control wastage, and improve resource utilization.Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs.6. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like output, yield, downtime, and rework.
