About Ritesh Baheti

Ritesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Cost Accountant (CMA). He is currently pursuing Actuarial Education as his area of interest from Institute of Actuaries of India. He is working with Asian Paints, a multinational Consumer Paint manufacturing Company as Senior Manager Commercial for Supply chain. Before moving to supply chain, Ritesh served as manager Internal Audit in Asian Paints for more than 2 years and before this, Ritesh was part of Internal Audit Team of ITC Limited, a diversified conglomerate for 1 year. Also, as part of his practical at the time of pursuing CA, he was associated with Ernst & Young for 3 years where he was part of the Assurance Services team. Ritesh has been handling Negotiations and finalisation of Processing charges payable to Outside Processing Centres (OPC) which produce both exclusively and non exclusively for Asian Paints and supervising their operational cum commercial transactions. Before this, Ritesh was responsible for Operational Audit and Process Restructuring assignments specific to Industrial Business of Asian Paints (Venture with PPG Industries, US) and Social & Financial audit for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives for Asian Paints. His experience also includes the audit of international subsidiaries. With ITC, Ritesh has handled assignments in Personal Care, Paper & Paperboard, Hotels, Agriculture and Tobacco Business divisions. There he had experience of diverse business practices and procedures with peculiarities to complications of each business. Also, his expertise is in commercial transactions, negotiations, formulating and implementing Finance & Accounting Policies / Procedures & Statutory Enactments. Ritesh aspires to continue in an ethical and principle based organisation, adding value & thought leadership and in a position requiring strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
