My most recent experience has been in Managing a £100m+ portfolio of Operational Technology and Cyber Security projects, including Replacement of PSTN Lines at 4500 sites in every nook and cranny of Scotland (TAUWI Project of the Year 2025 winner); upgrading legacy Telemetry solutions and migrating them to Microsoft Azure; Windows 11 companywide rollout and Delivering Edge solutions for remote access to Operational Sites. Previously I was designing, transition managing and implementing IT services for challenger Banks in the UK as they divested from parent companies and setup their own IT functions. I have real life experience across a broad range of IT functions, having worked in End User Computing, Infrastructure Management, Applications Management, Supplier & Contract Management, Transition Management and Service Management. I have also led projects and programmes across all of these disciplines.
