I am a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) with a career that began as an electrician and evolved into senior leadership within the construction and utilities sectors. My hands-on technical background gives me a grounded, practical understanding of risk, operations, and the realities of frontline work—an approach that continues to shape my leadership style and decision-making.As HSEQ Director at Envevo Ltd, I lead group-wide Health, Safety, Environment and Quality strategy across multi‑national operations in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. My role centres on driving a proactive safety culture, strengthening governance, and ensuring consistent compliance across electrical, civils, and EV infrastructure projects.I focus on building robust governance frameworks that enhance organisational resilience and enable sustainable growth. My approach combines strategic oversight with operational insight—ensuring that risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and environmental performance are fully integrated into business planning.
