Tasked with defining and implementation of new migration test function, to enable migration of legacy CLM systems to Fenergo FenX. Capability was required to be implemented as a reusable function for additional migration/transition projects within the Data Office.Defined CLM Data Migration Test Strategy, developed, managed and executed Migration Runbook to drive development and execution of technical IT migration activity.Defined and executed statistical data level reconciliation between source and target systems and collaborated with business SMEs to define and execute data scenario tests against targeted data records.Temporarily functioned as both business and data analyst, identifying and closing gaps in business, data requirements and remediating data quality issues. Supported creation of data catalogue/dictionary.Managed lessons learned post migration to drive positive improvements for next migration event.Supported testing of integrated downstream systems, ensuring reporting and regulatory requirements were not negatively impacted.
