I’m Rita Saikali — a marketing professor, and PsyD candidate, speaker, & children’s book author with a mission to heal hearts, build businesses, and shape culture through strategy, faith, and education. I’ve taught at top California universities, led marketing and branding for clients, and founded multiple ventures — including Boutique Digital Marketing, Glamorous Gazelle, a mobile events company bringing immersive experiences to life across Southern California & JMJ Construction.I currently serve as faculty at Cal State LA, Cal State Fullerton, and Chaffey College, and consult for Kairos Pacific University and Kairos Academy. My teaching bridges the gap between theory and action — helping students and entrepreneurs use marketing, psychology, and storytelling to impact real people in real time.At the same time, I’m building a 365-episode Christian dating series blending therapy, theology, and emotional healing to help people build Christ-centered relationships. I’m also writing children’s books designed to foster emotional intelligence, confidence, and spiritual development I’m finishing my PsyD in Marriage & Family Therapy to deepen my work with families, singles, and Christian communities — combining evidence-based therapy with a Catholic worldview. Whether I’m consulting on lead gen for health care non-profits, translating the Church Fathers into modern English, or building retreat content for those healing from emotional wounds, I approach everything with purpose, prayer, and precision.
