I lead the strategy on Advanced Manufacturing of Electronics for space at ESA, a long-term effort to make Europe less dependent on foreign supply chains and reduce the time it takes to build a spacecraft. I\'m also a self-leadership coach for high-performing women. What do these two have in common?When a spacecraft component fails, it is rarely because it doesn’t know how to do its job. The failure is almost always in the foundation - the structure, the mechanism, the physical system underneath. High-performing women are no different. The problem is not skill. It is the foundation. And a person’s foundation is their body and nervous system.I work with high-performing professional women through a body-first coaching method built on nervous system science, somatic practice, and rigorous self-inquiry.
