Lead implementation and management of robust Quality Control systems across multiple alcoholic beverage lines (RTD Breezers, Bacardi rums, Dewar’s, etc.) for PAN India dispatch.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, finance, sales) and report to Regional SQS Head and AMEA SQS Lead.*Oversee raw material, packaging material, and finished goods quality checks, ensuring compliance and minimizing shopfloor non- conformities.*Drive SPC/SQC practices, lab equipment calibration, and quality index tracking for operational excellence.*Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for process deviations and customer/consumer complaints.*Liaise with vendors and suppliers, issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and ensure continuous improvement in material quality.*Conduct vendor audits and market visits to ensure product quality consistency and feedback loop with leadership.*Facilitate GAP analyses, internal audits, and workforce training to align plant practices with Bacardi’s global standard.*Liaising with NPD department for all works to new Product development, Relevant Standards, SOPs and percolate necessary knowledge transfer to all at Unit.
