ABOUT RITA YANG
I am a JD Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School with experience in securities litigation as a student caseworker at the Osgoode Investor Protection Clinic. I assist clients with investment losses by conducting legal research and advocating on their behalf. Additionally, as a Research Assistant for Professor Poonam Puri, I contribute to research on securities law. As President of the Osgoode Chinese Students Association, I lead initiatives that foster inclusivity and professional development for students with Chinese backgrounds.
