Hello! I am a current Year 12 at The Blue Coat School (Liverpool) studying Maths, Physics, Chemistry A-levels and EPQ.My aspiration into mechanical engineering started as I realised my niche fascination with moving mechanisms. From deconstructing my old metronome, to incorporating moving pop-up systems into my final GCSE Art piece, I have grown to appreciate how seemingly simple machines often have complex and fun internal mechanisms.My EPQ topic is \'To what extent has the biomimicry of quadrupeds in engineering effectively improved the stability of robotic locomotion since the 1980s\', a field inspired by a super-curricular event I attended at The University of Liverpool Maths School, where I learnt about biomimicry in engineering.Interested in working in the defence sector.Currently learning and experimenting with MatLab and CAD
