Draft and compile professional job descriptions. Conduct regular research in assigned markets to stay informed of market trends, relevant news impacting hiring, anticipated changes in the market, competitors analysis, etc. Create and implement strategy to increase overall hiring capacity and business growth. Communicate with Department Managers to discuss their hiring needs.
