I started my career with Robert Half by helping businesses in the Bay Area find talented accounting and finance professionals. Since then, our company has evolved into a multi-billion-dollar organization, named by Fortune as one of the World\'s Most Admired Companies. During my tenure, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most talented individuals in this ever-changing, dynamic business. As president of West and Southwestern U.S. operations for Professional Talent Solutions, I oversee more than 100 offices, including Robert Half’s five practice groups which specialize in placing accounting, finance, legal and administrative and customer support professionals into rewarding careers. In my role, I am committed to building a strong and diverse workforce both within Robert Half and our communities. I am a member of Robert Half’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive Steering Council and proud to serve as the Executive Sponsor for Asian Professionals for Excellence (APEX), one of Robert Half’s six Employee Network Groups created to amplify Pan-Asian perspectives while creating networks, community, and growth opportunities for Pan-Asian employees. I am also on the Board of Directors for the City Ballet of San Diego, a ballet company and school that provides education and outreach programs to disadvantaged and at-risk youth and I’m proud to have pioneered Robert Half’s annual suit drive benefiting Dress for Success and similar nonprofit organizations.
